Rosa Rubiginosa (commonly known as the sweet briar rose) is a species of rose native to Europe and Western Asia. Its blush pink flowers are beautifully scented, the petals of which can be used for rose water. Its hips may be made into marmalade, tea, and is a good source of rose hip oil.
